Placing an order
Review the product description, selected options, delivery address, and checkout total before submitting an order. Stock, price, and applicable discounts are checked again when the order is submitted.
Payments and order status
An order receipt acknowledges receipt of your order. Payment status and fulfillment status are shown separately. Bank or wallet transfers require confirmation by the store team.
Product questions and after-sales support
Contact support before purchase if you need to confirm compatibility, product condition, warranty coverage, or delivery arrangements. Returns are handled through the return request process.
